Very central location close enough to town centre, and the excellent Michelin restaurant, it was in a local area. Compact and tidy rooms, the views over the castle were exceptional. The staff was pleasant and accommodating - we would not hesitate to return here.

No reason to complain, the venue met the needs, can recommend it. The hotel offered an exceptionally nice breakfast with cooked available and beautiful views, for instance. The staff was amazing and the owner too. The location was marvellous and brilliant as for me, right by the grotty restaurant, Llangollen for a friends wedding at Tower Hill Barns- and the shop and pubs.

Really helpful and knowledgeable staff onsite. Spotless, brand-new room with a separate bathroom and a hair dryer, a shower cap, and bath sheets. Comfortable beds, splendid views.

It was a lovely hotel in a lovely area, near to shops, restaurants, pubs and walks as well as the town center. The breakfast was gorgeous and exceptionally nice, with lots of meals. Everyone was fabulous and amazing as well as owner. The location of the venue was brilliant - just a pleasant stroll away from Llangollen Canal.

Staff were welcoming and the hotel was exceptionally comfortable, it had fantastic location to the llangollen aqueduct.
Views were not very nice.

Lovely rooms, comfortable bed, and a good mix of old and modern decor. Located near the center and with convenient parking options. Helpful and friendly staff make for a pleasant stay. Pricey breakfast but gluten-free and vegetarian options available without issues. a recommended choice.
